- Listing information: property details, photos, addresses, prices, and contact information you publish when advertising a property.
- Bookings and purchases: details of listing packages or featured ads you buy through the Platform, and any billing information required to process the order.
- Messages and reviews: messages you send through the Platform, reviews you leave, and forms you submit (including the contact form).
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, searches performed, clicks on listings and WhatsApp contact buttons, device type, browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the Platform: display listings, process registrations, orders, and bookings, and connect renters with property owners.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support (including via WhatsApp when you choose to contact us there).
- To improve the Platform: we analyse anonymised usage statistics to understand which areas, listings, and features are most useful.
- To keep the Platform secure: we use security and anti-spam services to detect bots, spam, and malicious activity.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following situations:
- With property owners or renters: when you contact an owner about a listing (or an owner responds to you), the contact details you choose to share are visible to the other party.
- Public listing content: information you include in a published listing (including photos and contact details you add) is visible to all visitors.
- Service providers: hosting, caching and content delivery, analytics (Google Analytics), anti-spam and security services, and payment processing where applicable. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy safeguards.
- Legal requirements: where disclosure is required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses third-party services that may process limited personal data, including Google Analytics (usage statistics, with consent management where required), Google Maps (map display on listings), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), CleanTalk (anti-spam), and Wordfence (security). When you click a WhatsApp contact link, your communication is handled by WhatsApp under Meta’s own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 7). Order records may be retained longer where required for accounting or legal purposes.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, firewall and malware protection, and restricted access to account information. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You can edit most of your details directly from your account dashboard, or contact us to exercise these rights. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (such as the EU/EEA), we will honour those rights as required by applicable law.
8. Children
The Platform is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Platform.
